Circle Stripping
By Elizabeth Petersen

People needed: Whole team

Purpose: To develop ball stripping skills

Directions:

1. Players should form a circle and one player should have a ball.

2. The player with the ball (who will be the stripper) should pass to the player immediately to her left.

3. The receiver should catch the ball cleanly and hold on to it tightly. The stripper should then attempt to strip the ball from the receiver.

4. Once the stripper successfully strips the ball, she should pass the ball to the player to the left of the first receiver and once again strip. The stripper should repeat this process until she makes it around the entire circle, at which point a new player should be given the ball and assume the role of the stripper.
